Naiz will file nomination papers at Bhaderwah tomorrow Azad will address a grand rally MOHD MAJID MALIK BHADERWAH,NOV 04---Naiz said Congres would form the next government on its own. “The Congress will form the next government on its own as people are fed up with sentimental slogans of regional parties,.In a reference to the National Conference and the Peoples Democratic Party, Naiz said, “Whenever elections are near , regional parties exploit innocent people on issues of accession, autonomy and self-rule. During the elections, these forces become more active and come to the forefront to attract the people by selling dreams.”Asserting that only the Congress was determined to ensure equitable development of all three regions of the state, he highlighted achievements of former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad in state and especially for Bhaderwah constituency .“During his short tenure as Chief Minister, Azad had taken revolutionary measures to bring socio-economic transformation back on track. These included implementation of the Roshni Act, constitution of the Round Table Conference, setting up of eight new districts and new administrative units, law against corruption and , Tulip Garden, Yatri Niwas and Haj House,” Naiz said adding that Azad had done countless developmental works for Bhaderwah constituency . He said it is only due to Congress that Bhaderwah got new administrative units , University campus , PHCs , roads , hospitals , Development Authorities , Anganwari Centers, upgraded all High school in constituency etc etc .--
