Firstly, he calls for an end to human worship as God is all pervasive & not centred exclusively in an individual. He suggested contemplation on oneself as the best form of meditation as doing so leads one towards non duality with the Cosmic powers & greater affinity towards the higher consciousness. Secondly he exhorts all to rise above myth-making & superstition, two things which he describes as deterrents to self realisation & blossoming of the personality. Thirdly, he bats for recharge of the batteries of the self similar to the refuelling of the battery of a cell phone. And just as unhesitatingly one recharges ones phone wherever & whenever the need demands, he says we too must fill ourselves with Holistic energy when we are feeling low. Fourthly, he urges everyone to learn the art of connecting with oneself to ensure the continuous flow of energy through the day.
