My order is still showing unfulfilled on your website. Does that mean the item I ordered is out of stock?? Please let me know something so I can be reimbursed. This is rediculous not being notified that my order hasnt gone through. And even more rediculous your company doesnt have a number to call to handle situations like this. My reply: Seriously? There is not a phone line even running into the building and has not been for 10 years now. There was not a phone number on the site when you ordered either. This belt would have shipped tomorrow. I have cancelled and refunded your order. Practice a different tone and you will get much further and results more to your liking. You are no longer a customer here. Shop elsewhere.
