Name mismatch between OPT EAD and Passport OPT/CPT Blast Resume to 2500+ employers via bit.ly/18niNwb Hello, My name on passport is First name: ABC Last name: DEF Fathers name: XYZ While filling name information on I765 application, by mistake I entered my middle name as my fathers name i.e. xyz So the name printed on EAD card is Given name: ABC X Last name: DEF So here my middle name initial is also included on EAD. 1. Does this matter at the time of entry in US from India? 2. Should I leave it as it is or should I get it corrected??
