Napoli forward Eduardo Vargas is on the verge of becoming Arsenal’s fifth summer signing, according to reports in Chile. talkSPORT revealed earlier on Monday that Napoli had agreed a loan fee for Marouane Fellaini , allowing Vargas, who has failed to convince manager Rafa Benitez of his worth since returning to pre-season, to join Arsene Wenger’s side on loan with a view to a permanent move next summer.
