Narva Sets New Standard with Second Gen Truck-Lite L.E.D Headlamp Narva has partnered with leading L.E.D headlamp manufacturer, Truck-Lite, to launch the ground-breaking new 7” H4 L.E.D headlamp onto the Australian market. The eagerly-anticipated release provides Narva buyers with a multitude of benefits over traditional headlamps, while also offering many enhancements over the first generation lamp which was already considered the most advanced and toughest truck L.E.D in the world. The 7” (178mm) free form package features stealth-styled reflectors, delivering drivers the superior white light of L.E.D technology across three core functions: park lights, low beam and high beam, resulting in even more light on the road. A complex reflector design accurately and evenly distributes light for the best visibility pattern possible, targeting the most important areas of the road where traditional projector systems can’t reach. Functionality aside, the headlamp is aesthetically pleasing providing a uniquely stylish and modern appearance (both when on and off) thanks to its split-lamp design. As with other Narva lamps, the product is extremely shock and vibration-resistant and features a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens that has been treated with a special non-yellowing coating to ensure the lamp stays clear and well-protected. Encasing the solid state internals is a military-grade housing which employs die-cast aluminium construction, for corrosion and impact-resistant longevity. All this provides the headlamp with “E”, ADR and IP68 approval while also meeting EMC-R10 / CISPR 25 requirements; for additional peace of mind Narva provides a three year warranty. Headlamp installation is a simple process for both new and older trucks thanks to the pre-wired H4 connector, which is a direct fit for traditional headlamp wiring adaptors. Low operating temperatures make the lamp ideal for both closed and open bucket housing designs.
