Nary a glimpse in these parts, of that glowing halo-ed full moonset consuming the morning sky over Tetherow this morning... though we did enjoy a dry-ish night here on the Rock... and even a bit of a freeze. Well take the break. Fog now, and mild temps continue with air at 31.3*, snow 31.0* and RH 87%. The overnight freeze made for some slow going in the cab and resulted in some surface inconsistencies, but with daytime temps heading up to the low 40s, the resulting mini freeze chunks on all of the Middles and Uppers (no Richs) should soften and get skied in, in no time. Skate and Classic throughout. Clouds for today with showers developing in the late afternoon and changing to snow around midnight. This burst of heavy wet snow will continue into tomorrow morning. Looking ahead, from mid day Sat through Sunday night, things will remain decent before resuming the unsettled mixed precipitation patterns early next week. Ready to race?
