Nasarawa APC Youth Leader Holds Rally, Calls home PDP Law makers, The Nasarawa State APC Youth Leader Hon. Abdulkareem Alanana (Mai Yau) has called on the PDP law makers to resume work and not to be scare of harassment as evident in the way they ( PDP law makers) keep hiding from the public. He made this known at an APC rally organized to show solidarity with State Governor Umaru Tanko Almakura over his victory at the investigative panel to look into misconduct and financial misappropriation by the members of Nasarawa State House of Assembly. The rally was widely attended, had APC North Central Youth leader Mr. Tempe Adigwe, Nasarawa state zonal( Nasarawa West ,North and South) Youth leaders and Local Government Youth Leaders who were all supported by sundry Youths and Taal Support Groups from all across Nasarawa State. Hon. Mai Yau warned the Youths not to engage in any act of violence. He said Since they (Nasarawa House of Assembly) have realized their mistakes and is obvious their recess is over, we call upon them to resume work immediately without fear of the public anger as they are the other arm of government .He further advise on strict adherence to the provision of law as enshrined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for a better Nasarawa state and Nigeria at large. While on his part, the North-Central Youth leader thanked the people of the state most especially the youths and women for making true democracy work in Nasarawa state. He stated that there is need for check and balances but not for political bewitching as it is obviously looming in almost all the opposition states and heavy militarilisation of the electoral process as displayed in Ekiti and Osun as unhealthy for democracy as it signifies drifting into anarchy which is been frowned at world over.
