Based on the Law of legalization and deadline for facility legalization (30 June 2013) we propose and request that Council of Europe provides financing for facility legalization for social, unemployed and marginalized groups where 90 % of Roma national minority belongs. We ask that each local government unite gets financing so they could financially help to welfare recipients to apply request for legalization.
