Need some ab exercises to add to your workout? Try these! 1⃣ oblique crunch: put your ankle over your knee and crunch. Opposite elbow to opposit knee 2⃣ lower ab crunch: with legs slightly bent, use your lower abs to bring your hips off the ground 3⃣ twist: make sure your back is straight and twist from side to side while engaging your core. Add some weights (free weight, medicine ball, gallon of water, whatever you have laying around the house) for bigger impact. Dont forget to tag a friend to challenge them to these moves.
