Need some input on a better place for a dr the kids. Stressful time at what was supposed to be Destinys first apt with a new psychologist and psychiatrist. Unfortunately they didnt have her on the schedule, then it got much worse because they proceeded to ask me if I was, Camerons mother. Of course proudly I said yes, they said his case has been closed. I told her I reschedule his last apt for may 1st. I said he has a apt for then. He then there policy is even if you call and reschedule its considered a no show. His apt was for 2 days after his surgery in the hospital and thats why I reschedule and they said no problem at the time and gave me the new day of may. Now they are saying because of his one reschedule aka no show they closed his case. Not to mention he was incredible rude saying most parents just dont care enough to bring their kids to apts because they mostly deal with court appointed children services. And said if I cared enough I never would have rescheduled in the first place. Meanwhile I am there for a apt for des that they double booked so she would have to wait for next month. Ugh!!! I left there so very upset and on the verge of crying, with destinys arms around me, as she told the lady my mom dose care about Cameron. Definitely must be a better place!
