Need something to feed the rowdies watching the New years Day football games? Here is a great recipe to do just that! Borrow your friends crock pots, fill em and forget em until chow time!! Crock pot/Slow cooker:~~:Sweet Chile Hot Wings:~~ [[Maybe for the New Years Day football games??] Serves:~~10-12.... Ingredients:~~ 1 cup low sodium soy sauce... 1 cup honey... ¼ – ½ cup sriracha sauce...(OR to Your taste) 4 lbs of chicken wings/drums... 3 TBSP roughly chopped cilantro (optional)... Instructions:~~ 1.... In a large slow cooker whisk the soy sauce, honey and sriracha until well incorporated.... 2.... Add the wings and toss to coat... 3.... Make sure the wings are submerged – adding additional water or chicken broth if necessary... 4.... Cover and cook on high for 3 &½ – 4 hours.... 5... Preheat the broiler... 6.... Line two baking sheets with foil.... 7.... Using tongs, remove wings from the crock-pot and place them onto the baking sheets.... 8.... Broil until crispy – about 5-10 minutes, turning the wings once....(Watch them!) 9....
