Need to know for this weekend... Gates open at 10:00 $65 Entry Fee Qualifying around Noon and 2:00 pm, Eliminations at 4:00 I dont even want to put this out there but better safe than sorry...God forbid we would rain out here is the game plan. If we rain out the RPM Extreme Event WILL NOT be rescheduled, refunds of $65 will be issued at the RRA booth for non-points racers. Any racer eligible for the bonus from Aug 2nd it will be rolled to Sept 27th but you are welcome to take a refund if you cannot attend that event, it will also be available at the booth. HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART FOR POINTS RACERS: If no qualifying rounds are complete a $65 refund will be given and no points will be awarded. Any class making it thru 1 complete round of qualifying will be awarded points. For round #2 to count an entire class must have made it thru the 2nd round of qualifying. If we are in eliminations points will be awarded for any class completing an entire round, and the purse will then be split among the racers still in competition. IF WE DO NOT MAKE IT INTO ELIMINATIONS (either individual classes or the entire series) Qualifying points WILL be awarded for the classes that did not make it into eliminations and Points racers will then receive a $55 refund, the RRA will retain $10 that way when points are awarded and it is technically a paid entry. Sunday Sept 28th (the date of the ABRUZZI SMACKDOWN) we will add an additional race to the schedule for all 4 classes with only 1 round of qualifying prior to eliminations, with the ABRUZZI SMACKDOWN immediately following. Im sure some will like the idea and some will hate it, best we can do with the time we have left in the season, I just dont want to see another points race lost to Mother Nature, that being said...LETS PLAN TO RACE NOT HOPE FOR RAIN!!!
