(area is defined up to 150 sq. ft) STAIRS: $1 per foot (average stair is 3 feet wide) HALLWAY: $10-$15 (large hallways may count as a full room depending on size) FURNITURE: $15 per foot in length (average sized couch is 7 feet long) AREA RUGS: .50 cents per sq. ft. Wool $1 PET URINE TREATMENT: $50 per gallon of use (contaminated areas detected with a special light and just the spots are treated) TILE AND GROUT: .50 cents per sq. ft with any room of carpet cleaned. CARPET PROTECTOR: .15 cents per sq. ft. $80-$100 MINIMUM depending on city. Need a quote? Unfortunately we have to charge $50 for a service call.
