Needed to run today, but the weather was not cooperating!! Sooo, I got dressed and went to Otto gym:-) 3 miles ran, 1/2 mile walked, and 2.1 miles on the elliptical!! 5.6 miles altogether! I love how running clears my head...came home and had an unexpected conversation with a dear friend in PA, then spent some much needed time alone with The Lord! Nothing feels more right then spending time with my Heavenly Father! He is faithful and true. He will never leave me or lie. He loves when others turn away. He is and always will be my safe place because I can trust Him!!! I love Him and Im thankful for Him in every part of my day!!! Thank you Lord for your joy and your strength!!!
