Net neutrality is sold as keeping the internet equal for everyone, but what they dont tell you is to enforce this, the FCC will be regulating the internet. This is why big companies like Netflix are promoting net neutrality because they essentially own regulators through contributions, and through regulations (licensing) it will make it harder for small companies to compete. Net neutrality legislation (the regulating of lawful content which inherently implies that there is unlawful content) = FCC control over the internet.
