Never discredit what another person does if you have never been in their shoes. People can say what they want about educators, but we work harder than most professions. Someone told me EDUCATORS dont work hard. If you have never taught in a classroom, seen a parent for the first time at the end of year, comforted a child because of his/her home situation, stayed up all night praying for your students, stayed up all night to plan a great lesson, sat in professional developments that you didnt agree with, and disagreed with administration for your children you cant tell me anything about education. I am passionate about what I do, and God blessed me with this gift. To say EDUCATORS DONT WORK HARD IS SLAP IN EVERY EDUCATOR FACE! I forgot to mention. I am apart of a dynamic seventh grade team. Our students grew the most between grades 3-8 in Reading and in Math over half of our students scored advanced or proficient. In a situation where people say our babies cant, their teachers said they could and they did. Lord, I thank You. Eclectic Seven and K Nicole Genous lets show them how we do it once again because we worked hard!
