Never felt so threatened in my own home. Had a appointment with DFS. The guy chapped the door...rang the doorbell and phoned all the the same time. I answered the door and said my goodness im on a 3 storey house give me a second to answer door. He came in ...dumped his coat on the floor and said ok whats the problem. Showed him the issues!!! To be asked do u flump your couch each day. Told him the couch gets puffed up as much as possible with a leather suite . He started shouting saying theres nothing wrong with it then started battering on the couch again and said its for sitting on...like i am so whats the problem . At that point i told him pick your coat up off my floor and get out my house...he picked up his coat and shouted theres no need to be like that for gods sake. I said i dont let my husband or anyone else talk to me like that and you wont be the first. He just stood like he wasnt going to go. So i opened the door and roared OUT ...im disgusted at and shaken...so ive contacted the police and store...i swear if my husband had been here her would have got a thump...and thrown out by the scruff of the neck
