It calls for the building of a grand temple at the site within the Constitutional framework.Emphasizing its stand on a key economic policy, the party says it will welcome Foreign Direct Investment to boost jobs, except in multi-brand retail.The manifesto says the BJP will work towards containing prices.It will also focus on reforms in taxation to attract investors and end tax terrorism, which, senior leader Murli Manohar Joshi said, was important for improving the economy.The party says freight and industrial corridors will be developed and a Sagar Mala project will be introduced to develop a coastal area network.The party says it will work towards modernising madrasas, or Islamic seminaries, by adding math and science teachers.A new health policy, the National Health Assurance Mission, will seek to provide accessible, affordable and effective health care system.The party has made water to every village, water to every field its priority, said Mr Joshi.
