New Hampshire is planning to integrate Long Term Care Services into Medicaid Managed Care. This includes services provided through Developmental Services such as respite and In Home Supports, Day and Residential Services, Case Management and services under the Acquired Brain Disorder waiver. As part of the planning for the move to Managed Care there are a number of scheduled public forums where individuals and families can both hear about the plan, offer input and ask questions. This window of public input is short and this may be your only opportunity to give your input. You are encouraged to attend at least one of the following stakeholder forums: - Monday August 4th 6:00 to 8:00pm Forum hosted by the State Family Support Council Meeting at New Hampshire Hospital 36 Clinton St Concord in conference room A-C. Please by calling 271-5143. - Wednesday August 20 10:00am to 12:00pm Forum hosted by NH Developmental Services Quality Council at DHHS Brown Building, 129 Pleasant St. Concord.
