New Holistic Co-operative Centre in Shipley!!! As some of you know I am called the Magpie because of my extremely wide and sometimes bizarre range of interests. I see something interesting and sparkly and it sets off a crazed chain of creative ideas and plans, so I thought I might share something I am working on and see what the feedback is.... A lovely large space has come up and we are plotting to create a wellbeing happiness space in shipley. A one stop hub for holistic therapies, alternative health, herbal pharmacy, antenatal classes, homeopathy, birth debrief work, womens menstrual health, yoga, girls groups, dancing, meditation and hopefully a veggie cafe (with gluten free, vegan, raw and juices aswell as lots of cake!). This project will ideally be run as a co-op which is v exciting and dynamic. We are also looking at setting up a Steiner style alternative parent and child learning group as an alternative to nursery. I am going to start tagging people that I am coveting to join us or who might be interested in visiting or doing occasional activities.
