They have landed some news projects in Abu Dhabi are urgently looking for consultants keen to work in the region on a 12 month contract or you have the option to take this as a permanent contract.. Candidate Profile (4 vacancies) - Must have Management Consultancy background working on Organisation Design and/or Target Operating Models projects. - Ideally some experience of govt/public sector environment. - Manager level experience - We are NOT looking for IT people as this is a very specific Org design project. - Knowledge of Transport sector is an advantage but not essential. - Western Passports given my client have hired a number of local consultants in the region. All 4 positions have a Tax-Free package of $150,000 + Medical. Housing is included in the package. If there is an addition more senior role where my client seek a consultant with strong experience and has the gravitas to lead this stream within the wider project. They will consider a Tax-Free package of up to $180,000 for that particular individual.
