Working within a call centre environment, your motivation, hard work will be rewarded and noticed, you will work from a Script but once you are confident will be able to add your own personality and passion to the charity cause you are supporting. You will need to be confident with speaking and listening to people when it comes to making people aware of what difference the charities can make. Ideally you will be able to commit to full time hours but there will be flexibility to work the hours that suit you.
