Ideally MRICS or MCIOB qualified and with a minimum PRINCE2 Foundation qualification, with a background in Building or Quantity Surveying you will be required to establish detailed client briefs and conduct feasibility studies, including site surveys and investigations. You will be expected to advise on and implement the selection and appointment of all necessary consultants and specialists, manage finances from inception to completion and prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project inspection, scheduling and acceptance of works required.
