New Job Conveyancing Fee Earner - KOCON/2511 Industry: Legal Job Type: Permanent Location: Derby, England An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a reputable law firm in the Derby area. You will have previous experience working in a similar setting and ideally have managed your own caseload. The role will involve the following; *Handling your own residential conveyancing files from inception all the way through to completion *Manage a caseload including transfer of equity, new builds, sales & purchase and re-mortgaging *Carrying out relevant property searches including land registry *Updating the case management system *Liaising with clients over the telephone and face to face *Dealing with general administration duties You must have the following experience; *At least one years experience dealing with Conveyancing matters *Able to handle work well under pressure *Good Written communication skills *Able to organise and prioritise workload *Excellent Time Management skills You will be joining a company firm which pride themselves on dedicating time and effort to their employees to help assist in the development of their career.
