New Job Conveyancing Legal Secretary - LPH/1510 Industry: Legal Job Type: Permanent Location: Northwich, England Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing team and child protection/care team within the North West area. Both roles require strong and enthusiastic team players to assist fee earners in the departments. This is an opportunity to join a respected and established practice. The roles will involve the following * Dealing with all Administration duties, including filing, computer printouts and photocopying * Assist in management and recording of time and preparation of billing * To update and operate the case management system * Manage client files, make appointments and meetings * To provide support and advice to clients in person and over the phone You must have the following experience/Skills * Experience as a Legal Secretary within a conveyancing and/or child protection/care/family department * Organisational skills and time management * Excellent Accuracy and attention to detail * Audio/copy typing skills, digital dictation is desirable but not essential If you are interested in this position, please contact Lily Hughes on 01772208969 or visit servicecarelegal to apply.
