A superb opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds leading Facilities Management organisations in Helsinki. Working on site at a global blue chip brand name you will be responsible for managing the IFM service provision. You must have a solid track record working in a corporate blue chip environment. This role would be perfect for someone that has experience of managing a large portfolio spread across several sites and several countries. Great Stakeholder management experience is a real must and you must speak fluent Finnish and English. Job Summary: Provides strategic management of multiple third party FM providers (Tier 1) to drive value, consistency and quality. Acts as advocate for the Client both with internal leadership and Tier 1 providers. Delivers quality and consistent IFM services utilizing Playbooks, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Ensures Tier 1 providers meet contractual obligations and provide deliverables to Client as scheduled. Monitor performance. Anticipate and address gaps or deficiencies in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: *Accountable for IFM Tier 1 service performance in assigned region *Interface with TM and PM Practice Leader to ensure coordination among all service lines and provide seamless services to the Client for assigned region *Build strong relationship with Client team in respective countries *Develop customized delivery strategy for each site through SLAs *Create reporting on Tier 1 performance consolidated by local area/country/region as appropriate ensuring Client and Business Unit group goals are being met and corrective actions are taken by Tier 1s *Financial control - active contribution to the budgetary preparation cycle, effective management and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis for assigned Tier 1s. *Management of building inspections and compliance program of Tier 1s *Develop initiatives to deliver increased value and report on progress, incorporating ideas and options from Tier 1 providers. *Manages service issues related to SLAs or performance by ensuring Tier 1 providers take corrective action *Communicates issues and resolutions directly with local/regional client and business unit groups to ensure satisfaction *Acts as advocate for client and business unit group at the Tier 1 level *Ensure full compliance with statutory and contractual EHS requirements, drive an EHS culture within the team. *Act as regional contact for Global Environmental and Energy initiatives and programs in EMEA *Responsible for performance management of IFM projects delivered by the IFM Tier 1 in assigned region. *Deputize for IFM Regional Delivery Manager *Act a regional contact for Global Customer Contact Centre *Performs additional job duties as requested. Skills and Experience *Degree educated *Experience in managing a multi-million s.f. regional portfolio *Hands on knowledge and experience in all facets of facilities management with general knowledge of all real estate functions preferred (planning, development, asset management, transaction management, and project management) *Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex business documents *Ability to prepare quality, effective and persuasive presentations *Ability to consult, motivate and negotiate effectively *Requires working knowledge of financial terms and principles *Contributor to regional forecasts and budgets *Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations *Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills *Excellent reasoning skills *Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills to navigate competing priorities *People Management and Development *Work well in fast-changing environment and always with incomplete & fluid information.
