New Job Finance Manager - BLS/11500 Industry: Accountancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Northamptonshire, England Salary: £38000 - £42000 per annum + CAR + 7% BONUS Greenwellgleeson is recruiting a Finance Manager to work in a well established successful manufacturing and distribution business based in Northamptonshire. The key responsibilitys for this role will be t o develop and perform analysis of key areas of the business with particular focus on s upply c hain , product costing wider FP&A activity. You will be required to business partner regional and global operations to help evaluate strategic initiatives support and implement best practice across the group business units, project analysis, evaluate forging exchange impact to the business and be a key player in the annual budgeting process in relation to the standard costing of products. To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of working in a large complex organisation, you will need to demonstrate above average IT skills (access/excel/SQL) as you will be handling large volumes of data which need to be presented in concise financial reports, you will need to demonstrate the ability to work with and influence non finance colleagues as well as being commercially savvy. Finally experience in a manufacturing or supply chain led business would be advantageous.
