New Job NPD Technologist - North Lincolnshire - Food - MDW10463 Industry: Manufacturing and Production Job Type: Permanent Location: Lincolnshire, England Salary: £25000 - £28000 per annum + plus benefts This a new role for a food NPD Technologist within this business due to a growth in sales. My Client is a part of a large food manufacturing group supplying chilled food products into major retailers. The role will report into the NPD/Development Manager on site and work on a variety major retailer accounts. The ideal candidate will manage NPD projects from concept to launch, including innovation, new product development, and existing product develop across added value ranges from concept through to factory trial and launch. The successful applicant will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a subject such as food technology, food science or food studies and have gained experience working with one of the major retailers in previous NPD roles within a similar food chilled manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will also have Intermediate or Advanced Food hygiene, ideally possess a full valid driving licence, experience of factory manufacturing procedures, excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and management, highly proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and the ability to work to tight deadlines and be accurate in all types of reporting.
