Assisting the outside sales team members and provice back up as needed. Duties also include but not limited to: Answering multipl-line incoming telephone calls. Talking with customers both on the phone and in person. Input customer information into processing system. Providing administrative supposrt to all departments. PUT have upper level proficiency in both MS Word and Excel programs. Fast learner with computer systems and procedures. Must be great at multi-tasking and prioritizing.
