New Job Part time In House Employment Solicitor - BBBH3651 Industry: Legal Job Type: Permanent Location: Derby, England Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum My client, a leading trade union require an Employment Solicitor - Part Time 2-3 years PQE.. The role will involve the following: * To advise and assist clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters. * Both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. * Advocacy in employment tribunals, from Directions Hearings, Preliminary Hearings through to Full Hearings. * Corporate support work - e.g. advice on TUPE in connection with transactions. * Contributing towards the marketing efforts and other non-fee-earning projects. Who were looking for * A strong academic background * Experience in contentious and non-contentious work * The ability to provide and communicate practical, commercial advice in a straightforward common sense manner * Establishing and maintaining good professional relationships with clients Please note this is a part time role and will work 21 hours a week ideally split over 5 days.
