New Job Sales Administrator - HK/131014/ADMIN Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Permanent Location: Staines, England Salary: £21000 - £25000 per annum A rare opportunity has arisen to join my cient at their prestigious office. My cient requires an experienced Administrator to provide a full and professional sales administration support service to the Sales & Marketing team, and general administration function as a whole. The person will have a number of accountabilities within the following sections: Sales Administration Receive reservations from Sales Advisors, progress on the internal system and forward to the solicitor to issue missives. Progress the reservation through to legal completion, issuing statement of sale. Maintain the database - updating sales prices, legal completion dates. Update quarterly forecast information as required. Monitor weekly sales, ensuring missives have been concluded, deposits paid. Print required weekly reports. Maintain sales filing system, ensuring everything is kept up to date General Administration Responsible for answering telephone calls and diverting as required Code invoices on behalf of departments and ensure purchase orders are complete if required General typing and filing as required Manage an efficient filing system Responsible for office archiving and storage PERSON SPECIFICATION: Technical Skills : Proven experience in a similar role High level of proficiency in various computer packages including MS Office Products - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent written, verbal and listening skills Basic invoice/accounting experience would be advantageous Paralegal experience would be advantageous Behavioural Skills: Reliable and Flexible Decisive Self-motivated and pro-active Attention to detail Acts on own initiative Excellent planning and organising skills Ability to show a high level of confidentiality Willing to take on new responsibilities Effective at building relationships Portrays a positive image of self and organisation
