New Job Site Foreman - RW9030 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Temporary Location: Kensington and Chelsea, London, England Salary: £160 - £190 per day + DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Our client a High end Residential and Commercial contractor whose projects are predominantly based in the Knightsbridge and Kensington districts of West London are currently looking for a Site Foreman/Manager to join their growing company. The Site Foreman/manager must have experience working on high end residential properties where structural alterations are required especially Basement work involving underpinning and excavations. The Site Foreman/manager will be responsible for the projects from overseeing underpinning through to completion therefore must be confident running Million pound projects to a very high specification including all high end finishes. The Site Foreman/Manager will be required long term with our client who have full order books for the next 5 years as a minimum and are looking to take someone on who they can move on to each subsequent project. They also look to take candidate on a permanent basis therefore this is an opportunity which could lead to a permanent role for the ideal candidate. The Site Foreman/Manager must have their site certificates all in date including SMSTS, First Aid and a valid CSCS card as a minimum - please do not apply if you do not have these certificates. This position is to start ASAP for the right person and will be long term, the salary will be based on a daily rate between £160-190 per day depending on experience.
