New Volunteers/members registration is one of the most important step in strengthening BJP’s worker network in all parts of the country. To accomplish this gigantic task we have to setup volunteer/member registration teams at district level in all the 641 districts of the country. We can publish newspaper advertisements in regional dailies (in regional languages) to complete this process rapidly. In first phase we will try to expand volunteer/member base in all the district headquarters. We will deploy smaller groups of five or six persons at different popular public places to complete this task at regular intervals. All the volunteer/member registration forms will be collected at regional level (one regional office may be constituted over eight or nine districts or PC). In second phase we will repeat this process in all the villages in rural part of the country. We will try to achieve a volunteer/member density of minimum one volunteer/member over every thirty voters (electors) in all areas i.e. 2 to 3 percent of total voters in all parts of the country. It means if on an average there are fifteen lacs voters (electors) in a parliamentary constituency, we will try our best to register around 45 (forty five) thousand volunteers/members in every PC. We have around nine months in our hand to prepare for next Lok Sabha election scheduled in 2014. We have to accelerate our volunteer/member registration process to achieve this target. Huge army of volunteers/members will ensure smooth running of door to door intensive election campaigning in all the assembly constituencies of all the 543 parliamentary constituencies in the country. It will form a solid backbone for historical victory of NDA in upcoming general election.
