General FIT: 6 Week Program $99 Monday/Wednesday 8:30am or 4:30pm Coached by Amanda Improve your overall strength and conditioning. No class is ever the same, but EVERY class will challenge you. Bigger, faster, stronger! Power FIT: 6 Week Program $99 Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm Coached by Derek Powerlifting inspired class designed to help improve squat, bench and deadlift. Increase strength, power, speed and technique.
