New to the game, playing on PS4. I entered a dice room (pretty sure it was a #2), and suddenly had all new buffs/followers/etc. Cannot figure out WTH turned my tears into the 4 orange balls you see in this photo. I could control it with the tear control buttons. The 3 smaller balls would orbit around the large one, and after entering a new room they would change color/appearance, sometimes getting HUGE. Any ideas??????? It was a super awesome ability!
