EVEN IF YOU SPEND $30 MILLION ON RENT, EQUIPMENT AND OVERHEADS, YOU WILL STILL HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO SPEND 39 YEARS DEVELOPING THE PROGRAMME!!!!!!! Very fantastic deal for the chap that gets the contract.
