Premier Staffing was nominated and chosen based on the owners and staff’s spirit of entrepreneurism, its success and impact on the local economy, and for their enthusiastic volunteerism in the community. Premier Staffing, Inc opened September 27th, 2011 and is Fremont’s only locally owned and operated Staffing Service. Carol Fenske is Owner/President and has over 15 years’ experience in the Staffing Industry. Carol spent 13 years as Manager for another staffing service before fulfilling her dream and opening Premier Staffing. Carol has been a Fremont Area Chamber Diplomat for 23 years and also has served on the John C. Fremont Days Board of Directors for 12 years. Dick Giesen is Owner/Vice President. Dick’s career spans 35 years in the Human Resources field including 12 years in the corporate world and 24 years self-employment in the Human Resource Consulting and Staffing Industry. In addition to Carol and Dick – Dawn Siems is Office Manager and has been involved in the Staffing Industry for 6 years. Kris Gibbs serves as Account Manager and Amy Butt is Accounting/Payroll Specialist. All have been with Premier Staffing since their inception in September 2011. Premier Staffing provides staffing for many of the Area’s Leading Manufacturers. They offer their client companies a variety of staffing options including Temp-To-Hire and Direct Placements. They also offer temporary coverage for seasonal projects, vacations, illnesses and other vacancies of regular employees. Premier Staffing is also a designated E-Verify agent and offers E-Verify Services to their client companies or any other Fremont Area Business. Since opening their doors in September of 2011, Premier Staffing Inc. has helped over 130 job seekers with Direct Placement or successful Transition from Temporary to Full Time employment with their client companies. They have also expanded and added office space in their current location and in just 2 years have built their average weekly payroll to over 125 employees serving 30 – 40 companies a week.
