News by : D.Basnett Ex-Servicemen Rally (ESM) 2014 being organized by Black Cat Division incordination with Rajya Sainik Board,Gangtok held at Chintan Bhawan on 11th Oct 14. ESM belonging to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force, Veer Naris, Widows and Next to the Kin from all over the State attended the rally. The Opening Ceremony of the ESM Rally is graced by GOC along with our HCM Shri Pawan Kr. Chamling. Numbers of stalls were planned to set up to facilitate ex-servicemen to sort out problems related to their Pension, Medical & Health, Rehabilitation, Re-employment, Banks Assistance etc. Felicitation of selected Ex-Servicemen and War Widows and distribution of gifts/cash awards were also the part of the rally. Its aim is to have interaction with the Ex-Servicemen, Veer Naris and Widows, share their memories, know and resolve their grievances. ESM Rally is a sincere effort by the Army to guide, educate and help the Armed Forces Veterans and their next kin to their problems.
