News hit one down for the day. Just did an amazing panel discussion with Roland Martin on TV Ones NewsOne Now regarding the NFLs new hires (who are 3 white women overseen by another white woman) charged with the development and implementation of domestic violence policies within the league. In a league comprised 66% of black males youd think Goodell would have had at least ONE woman of color as a hire. There are cultural differences in our attitudes towards domestic violence that need to be addressed with at least one Black woman at the helm of the NFLs new commission. Just another example of why #GoodellMustGo. Hes not only woefully ignorant of the issues around the severity of domestic violence in our country, but his White privilege is screaming right now.
