All the propaganda), especially when it comes from groups who fight them and from their scholars. 2) We call upon all Muslims to help the Islamic state. 3) We recommend that anyone who travels to Syria join the Islamic State in Iraq and Al Shaam. 4) We call on all Islamic groups to not support the secularists and the Democrats against the Islamic state, even if they (these Islamic groups) have disputes with the Islamic state. 5) We warn everyone on the unjustified bloodshed of Muslims. 6) We recommend all Islamic groups with the right methodology to join the Islamic State , so that the community is united . 7) All those who participated in the war against the Islamic state must repent. 8) Criticisms against the Islamic state should be done in private, not in public. 9) All those who do not have much knowledge should stop interfering in the conflict.
