Next Retail are starting to recruit for their apprentice programme. All the major stores will have opportunities and the company are likely to offer 800 apprenticeships over the next 12 months nationally, please could you make your advisers aware of these great opportunities Next Apprenticeships Offer • Four different apprenticeship programmes, Sales floor Fashion, Sales floor Home, Sales floor Clearance and Stockrooms. • All programmes last 12 months, apprentices are contracted for 30 hours per week. • Apprentices will work towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Retail, awarded by EAL and delivered in partnership with Pera training. This qualification is equivalent to 5 GCSEs grades A-C. • The guaranteed contract for an apprentice is 12 hours upon completion, however stores will strive to offer them a larger contract if it is available/suitable. • Next will claim the wage incentive for eligible candidates.
