Next Weeks Health Freak Detox! Ok now ladies, you did ask... Here goes... THE RULES! Across the week... NO PROCESSED FOOD - that means bread rice pasta too! NO DAIRY NO SUGAR (no honey/ or atleast limit) NO CAFFINE NO BUTTER (Olive oil is fine) MONDAY- NO SOLID FOOD - raw vegetables can be made into juices and berry / Citrus/apple/orange juices can be made. Hot fresh lemon tea in the morning and any green, dandilion, fennel. Min 2-3 Litres of fluid inclu just water. 30-60 mins mild activity if exercing TUEDSAY- Same as Monday Plus any uncooked vegetable x min 7 and Grapefruit berries oranges 30-60 mins Mild Activity WEDESDAY - Same as mon - Tues Soup can be had as a breakfast or lunch one afternoon or evening meal - fish and veg- lots of veg - can cook. THURSDAY - Same as weds include 3 eggs instead of fish ...include more soup FRIDAY - by now you should be on power green juices for breakfast with hot lemon and green tea, then fruit and veg raw snacks followed by soup and same snacks with an evening cooked meal followed by raw snacks.... with atleast 3 litres fluid a day - roughly 8 cups of herbal teas (much better than fruit teas) SATURDAY and SUNDAY Repeat Friday - Expect to be always grazing thoughout the day on raw food... limit one banana a day, and a handful of grapes a day Musts in shopping list... Ginger - herbal teas - Dark green veg - lots! Raw beetroot - nuts - seeds - pinapple - apples - oranges - grapefruit eggs - fish - Berrys Homemake soups (This is not an official detox just some fun that I am trailing with friends - if you want to follow it please do so at your own risk!)
