Next week I will be presenting a short clinic on personal safety for a seniors group in downtown Halifax. This is a private group session, but if you know other seniors groups (co-ed or women only) who would be interested in learning some basic safety skills, contact us. We want to inspire resourcefulness and show you how to work with the tools you have, regardless of age or ability. Everyone can learn.
