Night 107. Every time Ive opened a new studio, there are ALWAYS tons of glitches. This go around, we had mic issues (normal), speaker placement issues (normal), cutting edge tablet issues (not normal), camera angle and quality issues (totally not normal) and streaming issues (cutting edge not normal). Its been intense. Today, in my 6am, today was the day. It all worked. It all came together. I felt that fire inside of me ignited..I was free to do what I love to do most, without worrying something wasnt working. I was able to connect in the way I love to connect, through sweat, music and heavy breathing...but I was not just connecting with the people in front of me. We, the people in front of me were connecting with people in their homes, through their head phones. Yes, we have been doing this for a few months now but today, today was the day it all really worked. I am blessed to be working with the most passionate, intelligent, creative team imaginable. From the software engineers to the web designers to the bike designers to the studio staff to the maintenance crew to the legal department to the retail team to the comptrollers to the product managers to the coaches to the producers to the Jacks Stir Brew Coffee crew... Peloton Cycle is the most inspired group of people I have ever been surrounded by. I am eternally grateful and am looking forward to changing the world together, one ride at a time. #thinkgloballyridelocally love to you all.....
