Night Of Champions Card and Preshow WWE Championship Batista vs. Sting (c) Coming off his huge win at Summerslam, Sting has once again been put to the test by The Authority by granting Batista a title shot as a reward for defeating Ultimate Warrior at Summerslam. Steel Cage Match Steve Austin vs. Ric Flair In a grudge match that has been a long time coming ever since the two men first had words with one another at WrestleMania earlier this year, Austin finally challenged Flair to a match to settle their differences. It was Flair who named the stipulation of a cage match. WWE US Championship Extreme Rules Rusev vs. Bray Wyatt (c) Due to his lengthy run as US Champion, The Authority feels that Bray Wyatt has not had the proper challenge so they named his opponent as being Rusev. WWE Tag Team Championship Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio vs. Goldust and Cody Rhodes (c) Since winning the Light Heavyweight Championship at Summerslam, Mysterio and Del Rio have developed quite the friendship and have been granted a shot at the tag titles. Divas Championship Brie Bella vs. AJ Lee (c) After a recent poll, the WWE Universe chose Brie Bella as AJ Lees next opponent. WWE IC Championship Triple Threat Tyson Kidd vs. Ryback vs. Dolph Ziggler (c) The Authority gave Ziggler the opportunity to choose his opponent for Night Of Champions and he chose Tyson Kidd, however, The Authority felt that the match neded a pick-me-up so they included Ryback into the mix. 6 Man Tag Match The Shield vs. Xavier Woods, Big E, and Kofi Kingston After a several month hiatus, The Shield have reformed and have taken the fight to the new group of Woods, Big E, and Kingston whose intentions are still unknown to everyone.
