Nightmare n unpleasant day for me .... It was a nightmare make me cant slept well at 1203am this early morning till now n didnt even help me at all by name of Claire Nur Susilla Abd, when I was urgencies need a help from citibank Malaysia For go through a transaction for bookin a hotel in Singapore due Im need to be there for training two week there as represent an engineer as of IBM company and request n BEG her for increase a credit for a hotel only, she keep on saying Cant sir ... She wasnt a professional n didnt talked to her manager discuss about my issue .. Im been telling Im loyalty customer, I never miss a late payment isu , I Poromise I wil pay back in 20days if U can help me..unfortunately, At d end it didnt make my day through with feeling didnt TRUST ME as your loyalty customer :( ... To Nelson (manager of her), Im here to pls n suggest for Claire Nur as she under U, she really need a practice sitting down with receptions more, hence, receptionese know feeling how customer are very urgent n really need a help to make a colorful day for their customer with TRUST, but ur staff, unfortunately, she didnt performed a professional job.
