Nine things I think no one (or maybe mostly no one) knows about - TopicsExpress

Nine things I think no one (or maybe mostly no one) knows about me. 1. Ive tried virtually everything for insomnia including refrigerating and drinking the first urine from the morning which supposedly contains high levels of melatonin. 2. I started a petition in 4th grade to be sent to The President regarding the destruction of the rain forests and gave up when my 4th grade teacher said she wouldnt sign it because I could change the petition to anything else and use her name against her. I think I used to not be very resilient. 3. The reason my front tooth is broken is because I was early for a piano contest and was running down a hallway to find my Mom to tell her of the time change and ran into a window that I thought was a door. I still won third place although maybe it was a consolation prize. There were people sitting in chairs all along that hallway too where it happened and I crawled past them asking if I was O.K. to the bathroom because my knee was also damaged. So embarrassing! 4. I won a contest in 6th or 7th grade for writing an anti drug radio commercial and the station flew my parents and my brother Jake to Sea World in San Antonio. 5. I used to be very opposed to anything to do with computers and cell phones. 6. The only new clothes Ive bought this year are socks. 7. Ive had 29 different jobs that I can remember. (I used to be very restless). I think this isnt something to feel proud of, however Ive finally reached a personal record of longevity at 5 and half years where I am now. 8. Although I have strong opinions about some grammatical errors, I think I dont know much about grammar in general. 9. I caught a humongous rattlesnake once at dusk thinking it was a rat snake because the lack of light. I picked it up without thinking and it didnt even rattle until I put it in a bucket with a lid. Dangerous or poisonous animals are my favorite.
