No WLC Rally Rules The Sheriff Department is aware of our Rally against the WLC and has some concerns as follows: • There is a capacity limit within the Council Chamber, it must be respected. • Keep the drive aisles and driveways clear. Persons must be able access the property freely. (A sidewalk is being installed from city hall to the street and it is incomplete forcing people walking from off premises to walk in the driveway, use caution.) • Need to keep the crowd on the sidewalks and public spaces, not standing in planters and not totally blocking access to the Council Chamber. • Wanted to know if we were planning any civil disobedience - told them NO! • Highly recommended that the brooms and mops be left at home. They understood the meaning but had concerns. • Protest Signs on sticks are okay. • Contact persons for the Sheriff will be Deanna Reeder and Tom Thornsley Hope everyone understands we need to maintain our civility and keep the peace.
