No fishing today. Supposed to rain till 2:00 then turn to snow till Sat. morning. I once lived in Eau Claire, Wi. It was beautiful in the summer but when winter came around it was time to lock yourself inside. Im starting to feel the same way about northeast Ohio. Doesnt help that I chose the snow belt to live in. With night time temps dropping below freezing, it wont take long for the ground to freeze and the snow to start sticking. Ill need to get some booties for Minnie. She doesnt like cold feet. The time change has still got me screwed up. Its earlier to bed and earlier to get up. Today Im making a big pot of ham & bean soup. My son loves it & I invited him to dinner but its a long drive from Canton just to have soup with the old man. Hes been working seven days a week and doesnt want to waste time on the road when he can be resting. Hes only 44, hell I could go day and night at that age. Today Ill give all the dogs a good brushing and then clean up all the dog hair. The double coat of my border collie & sheltie needs to be thinned out. Probably get some reading done & maybe sit out in the garage & admire my Camaro awhile. Anyone watching x factor? Who do ya like so far?
